What we cannot help with
We do not provide technical support for third-party apps, including any app promoted on this site. If a video player app is not behaving on your device, its own developer is the right place to start — they can see version numbers, system requirements and known issues that we cannot. We also cannot diagnose an individual media file, recover damaged footage, or advise on the licensing of content you did not create.
